Westor Finance Establishment was founded in 1994 and engaged since that time as a bridge to venture capital for small and medium size businesses and entrepreneurs. The Company invests its own capital and identifies capital sources from around the world.

Since its inception the Company has been managed by Dominick J Porto. A New York attorney residing in Europe and New York City. Mr Porto has been engaged in corporate finance and venture capital since early 1960. Both Mr Porto and WFE since its founding have raised capital for projects such as:

• Three (3) Bowling centers in Milan, Italy
• Software development company – and a video production company- New York
• Surface coal mines ; oil and gas exploration - Kentucky
• Senior Citizen Assisted Living facility – West Virginia
• Furniture manufacturing – Italy
• Art Gallery – New York
• Two (2) SEC registered securities broker dealers – New York
• Real estate ownership and projects in New York and Ticino (Switzerland)
• Healthcare & Pharmaceutical fund raising

Mr. Porto is an attorney with over 50 years activity in venture capital and private equity; corporate financing; private placement and IPO equity and debt programs; counsel to global companies especially those with a presence in the US, Italy, and Switzerland. Mr Porto maintains offices in New York, Milano Italy and Chiasso Switzerland.
